I do random pop ups all around the Dallas area. It consists of either a pulled pork sandwich, or a chopped brisket sandwich with toppings of onions, pickles, jalapeños, and bbq sauce.
The Shindig

I’ll deliver and slice either one brisket or pulled pork along with bbq beans, coleslaw and toppings. We can adjust per costumer on burnt ends, ribs, chicken wings, Mac and cheese etc…
